Such an amazing place. The atmosphere was so upbeat. Live music, board games and more. The drinks were self pour and so many to choose from. We will definitely be back. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful.
Hoppin in Rock Hill is one of our favorite places. The staff is extremely welcoming and happy to help with anything you may need. Their inside area sits small parties, large parties, high and low tops. The beer selection is wonderful, and the NA selection is as well. The outside area had just enough seating in the sun and under umbrellas. The DJs are incredible, music choices on point. When it's hype, it's hype!! When it's chill, it's a perfect place to unwind.
We had a great night out with friends at Hoppin'!! There were well over 60 taps offering a HUGE variety of local, domestic, and international beers, wines, ciders, cocktails, and mocktails. We could feel the atmosphere before we even walked through the door - a live band, the clinking of glasses, fire pits, cornhole, tabletop games, and lots of conversations and laughing. The staff members were courteous and had us setup with the tap system in no time. Pick your glass, pick your tap, and starting pouring - it was that easy. While Hoppin' doesn't serve food, there was a food truck right outside that offered great snacks and we were told there will be a steady rotation of local food vendors throughout the year. We had a lot of fun and we'll definitely be back!
I didn't have any food since I ate prior but next time I'll have some (great to have that option exist). I would like to say that the staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable in their drink varieties. The drink varieties, quality, and price is what make this place shine amongst the friendly staff aforementioned. This bar is a unique bar with it's self service approach, like tcby, menchies, etc, which is incredible. I love the vast amount of seating and option to purchase darts for playing. I have never been and yesterday I went for the first time. My first time was wonderful and cannot recommend it enough, places like this should exist for people to gather and have a great time. A great example of what a hangout spot should be for a great Friday night (or any off night for that matter). It's a great place to unwind and settle down for the evening, or if you want to indulge in some Cornhole outside then that's an option too. This place is about vibes and great company and I'm here for it! Thank you to the wonderful staff yesterday and I would rate higher than 5 if possible.
Great variety of beers on a “self service” model that meters your pours. Food truck is out front to keep you from going hungry, and great entertainment several nights a week.
Excellent tap selection with an even better area for hanging out either inside or in the huge outside! JT and Shelly helped guide us to some great brews. Pet friendly is a awesome too!
Hopping is a fantastic place to go to. We recently had an event there and the staff was amazing!! Jacob the manager and JT truly made our Crime Stoppers Board event a night to remember.
Lots of beer and other drink options in a great environment. I much prefer the happy hour pricing, as our bill started going up fast when we continued pours after happy hour ended. They have no food but you can order some from the nearby restaurant that gets delivered, or some nights from a food truck.
